Dual Sport Camp is proud to provide high quality football and rugby coaching for Simcoe County athletes. What differentiates us from other camps is our belief in multi-sport athletic development. High school / club coaches and high school leaders will work with young athletes so that fundamental skills are acquired in a non-contact, but high energy environment. About
Dual Sport Camp is a skill based, technique driven opportunity for males and females. The sports we focus on are rugby and football. In particular, the 7 on 7 concepts that are increasingly popular in both sports. The skills acquired form this camp can be applied in Elementary flag rugby and football, and at High School for competitive rugby and football. The camp ages run from grade 6 to grade 9.
The Camp runs from August 12-16
9 AM - 3 PM at Codrington Public School
The camp costs $275 (early bird before July) - $300 (after July)

Coaches
Burke Erwin
Burke has coached football and rugby in Simcoe County for 21 years. For many of those years the athletes and teams he has worked with have been involved in Championship level competition. Burke has a passion for working with athletes and coaching skills that can easily and effectively be used in the sport they play.
Coaches
Mike Alcombrack
Mike has been coaching for the past 10 years at the high school level, but has been involved at the University and provincial level as well. Mike has captained at the University of Guelph and with Barrie Rugby. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to the camp and is a sought after coach from programs across the province.
Councillors
Leaders on the Field
Councillors on the field are high school students who have, and are, participating in rugby and football. These leaders have been highly recommended by their teachers and coaches. They will be males and females, and an extension of the Dual sport Camp coaching philosophy.
